Our Process, Advisory Methodology
VWP Realty believes that a disciplined process is required to achieve sound results. Accordingly, we take a highly disciplined approach to the tenant representation process:
- Establish objectives in initial client meeting;
- Research to identify range of options;
- Analyze financial, locational and functional attributes of available properties;
- Prioritize property alternatives;
- Assist in negotiating the best deal terms;
- Facilitate the success execution to ensure the ideal results are achieved.

Andrew joined VWP Realty in early 2010 with a long history of specializing in leasing, new project development, investor relations, buyer representation for office, retail, medical office, industrial, and multi-family along with a passion for tena
Andrew Seidenberg leads the third party brokerage and leasing functions for the firm. Andrew joined VWP Realty in early 2010 with a long history of specializing in leasing, new project development, investor relations, buyer representation for office, retail, medical office, industrial, and multi-family along with a passion for tenant representation. Through a meticulous and strategic hands‐on approach, he is a valuable asset in helping his clients execute their strategies throughout the region. Andrew has closed or represents over 250 million dollars’ worth of commercial projects.
Past clients include Blackstone Group – Finance of America; Blink; Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust; Desert Cedars; Brooklyn Investments; Cultural Experiences Abroad; Logisticare; Arizona Cardiology; At One Yoga; Claibourne; AFLAC; Farmers; and many others. Andrew earned his B.S.M in Finance & Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University graduating with the highest honors. His passion for real estate started at an early age. As president of the school, Andrew was the student advocate for the issues regarding the development and construction of the new business school. Additionally, Andrew spent two years at one of the top graduate schools in the country earning a Master’s in Real Estate at New York University. Andrew spends his time away from the office playing pickleball, golf, and volunteering as a little league coach. He resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife, two daughters, and three sons.
